"I thought about your chocolate muffins all week!" was a comment from a customer today. Imagine how that made me feel! There was so much energy at the Market, customers and vendors were in high spirits and really enjoying themselves. The atmosphere was livened up with a bluegrass/country band. All in all a wonderful day. I spoke with the orchard where I buy peaches and it looks like I will have my peach muffins at the end of July. I also was able to purchase Michigan whole wheat pastry flour from Jennings Bros Stone Ground Grains located in Nashville, Michigan. I will use it in the Natural, Sunshine and Bran muffins.
